A coach recently asked me, "How do you lay out the information you'll include in your group coaching program?"

This can be a tricky process for a coach; if you're used to structuring your coaching around your client's questions and a two-way dialogue, organizing your information into a step-by-step curriculum without that feedback might be new territory for you. But it CAN be easy, once you know the basic principles.

In this video, I describe the simple method I use to organize the information for my coaching programs, and for any other educational content I want to create.
